#7 Possibility to define procedural textures in scene file

It would be nice if there was a possibility of directly
defining procedural textures right in the scene file,
i.e. creating procedural textures from a hierarchical
tree of

- generators
- operators
- filters

Any special procedural could then be removed from the
cmjTracer CVS.
