The program cannot display its menu correctly if the user is not using the the default system DPI setting which is 96DPI.
XP allows you to change the DPI setting in cases where the screen resolution makes screen items to small to view comfortably. This change can be made in the display settings. You are given three choices: Normal, Large, or custom. If a user selects Large (120DPI), the menu will not fit on the screen. Looks like it's time to add some scrollbars :-)
