You can download it either from the main site 
(http://www.asty.org/cmatrix/dist) or via Sourceforge 
(http://sourceforge.net/project/?group_id=4055).  New in this release 
is support for consolechars (if available) as well as the older 
setfont, and bettet autoconf checking for font directories.
