#13 submitting to OGR

Hi guys,

why don't you simply add the gct/gem and mp as 'data providers' to
ogr at http://ogr.maptools.org ? That will save you a lot of hassle with
datum/projection transformations and reading/writing the data
into a shapefile or mapinfo file !
