#15 Pulsing the size of the active cd

While looking the wildwindows site and the example app I saw it is
possible to pulse the size of cd covers. This could be used to
indicate which one is playing.

Caution should be taken in using this though. I wouldn't recomment
using unofficial Apple API's.
