#6 Add useful user info to project web site

The project web site (http://clusterstudents.sourceforge.net) needs to have more useful information. Goal would be to point interested users to this site for the appropriate download files plus user documentation. At a minimum, need the "User" info on the far left and "Project" info in the middle to be updated.
