#16 AgeCriterionTest.java Incorrect Array Locations

In AgeCriterionTest.java, the parameters for the "setCriterionValues()" method are inconsistent with other test classes. In AgeCriterionTest.java, the first number in the array is used as the age of the students and the second is for gender. In all other criterion test classes, the array elements previously mentioned are reversed--gender first and age second.
