#26 no event type or button #

Running cssh 4.00_07 on RHEL6 (fully patched).
When I try to run:
cssh clustername
I get the following:
"no event type or button # or keysym at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/Tk/Widget.pm line 1105.
at /usr/local/share/perl5/App/ClusterSSH.pm line 1696"

Have not been able to find anything worthwhile to fix this.
I also receive this error if I try to revert back to cssh v.3
