Hot on the heels of 4.00_02, this release fixes a silly typo in the code.

Fixed an annoying bug and added in some new features.

For anyone that follows the subversion source code, I have now moved the source code from subversion to git (still hosted on SourceForge) and set up a mirror on GitHub.

The project wiki has moved to the MediaWiki sf.net hosted application. This should make it look better and also allow for ease of management.

The main project web site has been moved off MediaWiki to the officially supported and maintained SourceForge wiki.
