#18 Control size and position of windows across multiple monitor

Maybe this is already possible. It would be great if I had the ability to arbitrarily determine the size and position of each window across all four of my monitors. So when I start a set, they appear exactly where they should with the correct size and position. As a side note, is there any way to handle re-rendering of all windows when I add a host to an existing set? Thanks for the great work on this.
