Here's a sample page where you can see the php extension 
(not) doing it's job ...

http://home.eniac.org/clucene/cltest.php

if you add the default values, and search back, it will find 0 docs
yet display the document  reference 01234 ...if you add more
again it'll show 0 hits and yet show only one document even though
there are more than one in the index..

optimizing and deleting seems to work ok, just searching i gather
(unless indexing is also messed up)

I do not believe this to be a php issue because all this worked fine
in the previous version(s) (prior to Resources*)
