I read through the FAQ, and that's one of the places where I noted them suggesting to use the same analyzer for indexing and searching. As it is now, there's no way for a user to specify the analyzer in CLucene, but I'm sure that will eventually change now that the topic has been brought up :) If I recall correctly, you did mention in one of your old posts that some hits were missing so my thinking was that it was analyzers' fault and hardcoded all to StandardAnalyzer.
