I read through the FAQ, and that's one of the places where I noted them
suggesting
to use the same analyzer for indexing and searching.
As it is now, there's no way for a user to specify the analyzer in CLucene,
but I'm sure that
will eventually change now that the topic has been brought up :)

If I recall correctly, you did mention in one of your old posts that some
hits were missing
so my thinking was that it was analyzers' fault and hardcoded all to
StandardAnalyzer.

Never thought to actually compare the index with and without the same
analyzers...
