I think ltmain.sh is part of the libtool package, and the error message towards the end also mentions libtool. Can you run "libtool --version" at the command line and get a version number ? I am compiling libtool with version 1.5a. If you have no libtool, or if fink's libtool is old, you might have to download and install a newer libtool. I regret that at the moment I do not have access to an OS X machine to test things on with you. However, I might have access to one after the end of the month. If you are missing libtool or have an old version, that might explain things. --Rob |
