#2 -iconify doesn't work in Metacity (GNOME 2.2 windowmanager)

Running

xtermset -iconfify

in a terminal (both aterm and gnome-terminal) doesn't
work.

Running in Metacity in a GNOME 2.2 desktop on a Gentoo
Linux system. I wrote the "package" (in Gentoo speak,
"ebuild") myself.

xtermset -T

works.
