#1 retry on authentication timeout

I often get "Connection timed out" when trying to authenticate against http://myocean.artov.isac.cnr.it/mis-gateway-servlet/Motu
I believe it would be good to have the motu-client automatically retry to connect on timeout (a fixed number of times by default and a switch to change the number of times) before giving up.
