#3 Membership filtering, ordering and field-spec

When browsing or exporting the membership list, it
should be possible to filter and order results, and
select and arrange specific fields from the results.

Filtering:
*) By AccountType, AccountDate, Birthdate, Sex
*) Ideally, filters would be cumulative; for example,
one might wish to look for LTR males who are 40 years
or older.

Ordering:
*) Currently by last name
*) Nice to have: first name, address, plus
accountType, accountDate, etc.

Field selection:
*) One might wish to export a list of name and phone
numbers, or names and email
*) Implicit need to specify field order as well as
field inclusion?
