#7 Text Rendering

Needed simple text rendering so used font substitution as stopgap measure until Stefano or someone else readies the real font rendering (it's too hard for me). Vectorize the glyph using Java's font library.

Look at ShowText.java, which gets glyph shapes from Font object and then draws it. Works surprisingly well on the sample PDF files. Maybe could be used as default fallback.
