As reported in "Text location Bug" thread, the coordinates of contents within FormXObject instances are wrongly calculated when painted on pages.

    The position of FormXObject contents painted on pages was wrongly calculated as their form's (relative) coordinate system was applied instead of the page's.

    Fixed on 0.1.2-Fix branch (rev 202) and 0.2.0 trunk (rev 203).
