PdfTextString.RawValue.set is missing:
else if(value.Length >= 2
&& value[0] == (byte)255
&& value[1] == (byte)254) // Multi-byte (Unicode).
{encoding = tokens.Encoding.UTF16LE;}

PdfTextString.Value change:
if(encoding == tokens.Encoding.ISO88591)
to
if(encoding != tokens.Encoding.ISO88591)

    AFAIK, there's no evidence in the PDF Reference about text strings supporting little-endian UTF-16 encoding. Please point me to the documentation prescription you referred to. thank you!
