CloudiumOS rivals MenuetOS. Yet... even in alpha status as a proof of concept OS, CloudiumOS has advantages and possibilities.

The primary advantage is it is open source. A secondary one if it is implemented @ alpha status could be a possible ARM/64 port (eg. nVidia "Jetson"). A tertiary one if it is implemented @ alpha status could be a possible VM container approach (eg. Docker, OpenVZ...).

I see this as a game changer (ASM+ARM/64+containers)... no one is doing this. If such a thing is implemented on a multicore FPGA the possibilites are endless.

I am creating a desktop environment for ocaml apps in a compositing lisp window manager... "Meta/L" (M)anaged (E)nviromen(T) (A)pp(L)ication if ported to ASM it could be a powerful combination with an OS like Cloudium.
