Not sure. However, some steps you might can try:
1. Uninstall drbl by:
sudo drblsrv -u

1. Upgrade you Ubuntu system:
   sudo apt-get update; suo apt-get dist-upgrade

2. Reboot

3. Install drbl again, this time, try testing DRBL.
