sda1 not displayed. other drives in same pc not displayed.
asus m2nbp vm csm
6 gigbytes memory
1 ide drive 80 gb
2 identical sata 120 gb
windows xp pro sp2 all drives are ntfs default settings
mainboard has raid option but is set in bios to be disabled
2 sata drives were originally a raid mirror
raid dissolved,
all three drives will boot the os (it was installed on all three drives)
boot clonezilla, only visible drive is ide, sda1 is visible and will image
disconnect ide
select partiton to partition
only visible drive is 1 of the 2 sata drives
displays sdAx for all partitions, a few have no drive letters assigned
sda1 is NOT displayed
on other hosts, with two drives. both drives appear. all partitions are displayed, and able to be selected
any suggestions
Please give Clonezilla live 1.2.11-49 or 20120117-precise a try.
They comes with newer kernel and might support your hardware.
