Which version of Clonezilla live did you use? This is usually the Linux kernel/hardware support issue. Please give testing Clonezilla live 2.6.1-19 or 20190320-disco a try: https://clonezilla.org/downloads.php They come with newer Linux kernels so it might support your hardware.
