[Clonezilla-live] Restauration disk without zipping

Hello there ! 
I’m occasionally using Clonezilla, which is amazing ! But when I want to make a restauration disk, I can only make a ZIP or an ISO. 
The thing is with a backup of 10GB on a space limited drive, it’s hard to store the backup AND make a restauration disk zip/iso as it also requires 10GB. Would it be possible to make a restauration disk, but without zipping it? 
I could store it on the same drive as the backups.
