Maybe a different version of Clonezilla live with different Linux kernel
won't have such an issue. Therefore you could try:
20150106-utopic or 20150106-vivid
on http://clonezilla.org/downloads.php

Or if you still have to use the same version, but without wifi drivers,
you can follow

to customize the Clonezilla live.
