[Clonezilla-live] feature request: skip dhcp on disconnected interfaces

When booting a machine with serveral ethernet cards but only one 
connected for the cloning process, it would be a lot faster if ones with 
no link were skipped or the process doing the dhcp request could be put 
in the background instead of waiting for it to time out.
