[Clonezilla-live] Cloning to a larger hard drive - Device or partition?

Hello,

I'm trying to image a HP Proliant 360 G3 with a Smart Array 5i controller.
 So I'm using the latest version of CZ and I went to Device-image and it
shows me 2 different entries.  The physical drive (device) /dev/sda1 and
then also another NTFS drive that shows two partitions the C: and D: drives
with their respective sizes.  Which one should I backup to get the whole
drive?

Sorry I'm new to CZ and appreciate any help.
