[Clonezilla-server-edition] Can Clonezilla (server) backup LVM partitions (that are not mounted)

Hi. Can Clonezilla backup LVM partitions that are not mounted ?

I'm trying to find a good solution to backup a KVM server that is using LVM
partitions - I need to backup the server whilst running live..

 We normally use r1soft but that system cannot backup LVM partitions that
are not mounted - which is useless on a KVM server.

Any advise would be welcomed
