My personal opinion is that this only makes sense for future virtual machine installations. --NOT for restoration to "real" physical machines. The reason is that there would be so many instances of hardware drivers that are needed and not present, it would be crazy trying to get everything working properly. I think it would be less hassle on a "real" machine to simply do a new XP install!
