I believe you can: dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdd bs=446 count=1 (replace /dev/sdc as your USB flash drive device name) Please use this command very carefully. It might destroy all the data if you input something wrong. Yes, you'd better to backup all the data before you do so.
