There is no good "fsck" tool for NTFS on linux, yes, ntfsfix is not really the one to fix all. Therefore the best way to fix it is do it on MS windows. Some workaround is you can enter expert mode, try to _NOT_ use any advance option of clonezilla "-q*" to force to use partimage to save that. Since partimage might not check the integrity of NTFS. Another one is try advanced parameter "-q", and then allow ntfsfix to fix your NTFS partition. Regards, Steven.
