[Clonezilla-live] cannot clone because ntfs partition

I have a computer with winxp (ntfs) and fedora (lvm) on a disk but the ntfs
seems to have a problem. From the message it spewed, it seems i need to
chkdsk /f it from winxp but i can't boot to it because of the blue screen.
Is there any way to get around this?
