Some additional info I needed to send you: There isn't a .sf file. In the image only a sda-pt.parted There is an sda-chs-sf. Sfdisk -d /dev/sda reports: /dev/sda1 : start= 63 size=72817857 id=7, bootable /dev/sda2 : start= 72817920, size= 122547600, id=7 Steve This test is on a Lenovo T60P. -----Original Message----- From: Steven Shiau [mailto:st...@nc...] Sent: Friday, May 29, 2009 8:17 PM To: Steve Poe Subject: Re: [Clonezilla-live] Restoring drive image partition from full drive image So you mean "-k1" fails there ? Maybe you show the content of partition table in the saved image to me, by running something like: cat /home/partimag/$YOUR_IMAGE_NAME/hda-pt.sf and the created partition table by: sfdisk -d /dev/hda BTW, could you please tell me the exactly every step you have done ? It will be easier for me to follow. Steven.
