Release Name: 1.1.0-5

We have released another testing Clonezilla live 1.1.0-5, some new
features were added and some bugs were fixed.
New features:
- The function to restore image to different disk/partition name was added.
- 1024x768 resolution option was added in Clonezilla live. Thanks to
Scott Ochiltree for this idea.
- Default to turn on TUI output for partclone.
- New upstream ntfs-3g 1.2506.
- When the rate report goes wrong, wait for pressing enter to continue.
- Improvement: Use --menu instead of --radiolist in ocs-onthefly as much
as possible.

Bugs fixed:
- Because Live helper does not deal with the umountfs service when
shutdowning/rebooting, we deal with that in Clonezilla live by modifying
/etc/init.d/umountfs. Thanks to Scott Ochiltree.
- ocs-functions was not able to list the size of cciss disk size.
- Some other minor bugs fixed and improvements.
