[Clonezilla-live] Is it a good idea to turn on Numlock by default ?

Dear all,
In the latest stable Clonezilla live (1.0.10-8), the Numlock is turned
on by default. However, maybe it's not a good idea.
For a normal desktop PC, the keyboard comes with extra number pad.
However, in laptop, this is not true. Therefore if numlock is on, people
will confuse when typing alphabets in laptop keyboard.
Therefore, how do you all think about this ?
Is it a good idea to turn on Numlock by default ?
