Bradley, When you said "identical", are you sure the CHS (Cylinder, Head, Sector) numbers are exactly the same ? If the harddrive is different brand, model, maybe this is not true. Clonezilla is based on Linux, and sometimes the kernel will "explain" them with different numbers even the size is the same (but the models, brands are different). If the target disk is only slightly smaller, even it's 1 KB size smaller, it will fail. You have to make sure the size is equal or larger then the source disk. One thing you can try is to check "-e" to force to use the CHS value from the source disk. Steven.
