[Clonezilla-live] kernel dump while copying

Hi,

I seem to have a problem that appears when I use the latest 
sysrescue/clonezilla live CD (clonezilla version clonezilla-live-20080221)
I'm copying ~200GB of data between 500G hard drives. The file systems 
are ext2, linux swap, and ext3.
About 30% through the process (although sometimes near the end), it 
appears to freeze and if I press any key on the keyboard, dumps a bunch 
of errors (from kernel), and continues very slowly.

I tried copying on the same hardware using Gparted/Clonezilla CD with 
older version of clonezilla (clonezilla-live-1.0.3-18), and everything 
works great.

Is this a known bug?
