[Clonezilla-live] choosing 2 partition to clone expert/saveparts

Hi,

What happens if I chose expert mode/saveparts, and tick 2 partitions not
only one. for instance my destination is sda3 and I tick sda1 and sda2 as
well when the program asks me to chose which partition to clone.

When comes to restoring will it ask me which one to which partition to
restore?

Yes it will ask you which partition you want to restore. 

That?s the difference between ?saveparts? and ?savedisk?.

I believe the saved image will only allow you to restore them to sda1, 
and sda2.
