Hi,
I have cloned an openbsd disk with clonezilla, but now I am not able to restore the backup.
For me it's very important to restore this backup because it has some important data.
The restore goes well but when I start the pc to boot the os it doesn't boot.
I just see the pc vendor logo that stuck there.
My openbsd box had 2 partitions: one vfat for efi and an other one that is an encrypted partition
Clonezilla has cloned the encrypted partition with dd. The partition table of the restored system seems ok but, I don't know why, it does not boot.
Any help would really be very apreciated.

Is that possible you can disable the splash so that you can see the error messages when booting?
Otherwise it's a black box and people have no idea where went wrong there.
BTW, if Clonezilla successfully took an image for you, and you have successfully restored it. Maybe the issue is only on the booting? In that case, you can try to mount the file system by FreeBSD live CD, then copy the data.

I have seen that there was an error when clonezilla try to restore the mbr. If I remeber the mbr saved (from backup) was irregular or something like that. Then I have taken a usb stick with installed an other openbsd and I booted from that, then at the boot loader I have booted the hd installation. After that I'have reinstalled the bootloader.
Steven if you want make some check my installation of openbsd is the following:
OK, so I finally found some time to test it. Howeave, I have an issue to install OpenBSD 6.5 on uEFI machine.
The installation iso file I downloaded was from: https://www.openbsd.org/faq/faq4.html#Download
This was the one I downloaded: https://cdn.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/6.5/amd64/install65.iso
It failed to boot on a UEFI machine, but it could boot on a legacy BIOS machine. How did you install OpenBSD on a uEFI machine?

You can make a virtualmachine with openbsd and an encrypted disk and try to backup/restore the disk.
