Clonezilla reports MFT mirror doesn't match MFT on a partition, but Windows 10 shows no error

The issue was freed sectors were shown as allocated sectors in the MFT. This is on a multi-boot system, and the problem was with a Windows 10 partition that Windows 10 did not report (scan or chkdsk), but Windows 7 was able to fix using chkdsk /f .
