Clonzilla on installed linux

    Hi all,

Here's my scenario, I have a currently installed Linux server (OpenSUSE Leap 15.4) that I would like to be able to run clonezilla from. But I'd like to be able to do this from WITHIN the installed Linux, so not by rebooting the machine and booting from a live USB/CD etc.

What I want to be able to achieve is to be able to plug in a hard drive (e.g. by USB) to this machine and then use clonezilla to image it to the machine's hard drive (this is my NAS/PXE machine, so has a large zfs volume).

I also use this machine for KVM virtulization, so if there was a way to boot the live media under KVM and use it that way, that would also be acceptable.

    Is this at all possible?

    Cheers.

    Phill.

You can install DRBL (Clonezilla SE) on your GNU/Linux. However, since we have very limited man power, we only support some GNU/Linux. Please refer to:
    https://drbl.org/installation/
