I am trying to copy my Boot Drive C: but although selecting boot from the USB drive it always boots from the Windows Drive C: and the BIOS alwyas reverts to Boot from Drive C; as though the change I made has no been saved. Secure Boot is disabled. I am attaching msinfo32 on the computer.

Help please if you can.

So have you tried one-time boot menu when turning on your machine? Like the hot-key F8, F10 or F12? It will pop up a boot menu then you can choose it?
