    Hello,
I am not able to run Clozilla Live with Ventoy on Amd 7950x / UEFI.
    Secure boot is disabled.
I have tested all current iso in AMD64 version.
I can launch iso in Grub2 mode, select 800*600 & to ram , then screen is blank with logo and "Clonezilla, free software..." on the bottom.
Is there anything I am doing wrong ?

This is my first time using Clonezilla. I just need to clone a drive.
    Thanks for your help /suggestions.

It seems like you are encountering issues running Clonezilla Live with Ventoy on an AMD system. Here are some suggestions to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:

      Check Ventoy Compatibility:

Ensure that your version of Ventoy is compatible with Clonezilla Live. Visit the Ventoy website or forums to check for any compatibility issues or updates.
      Update Ventoy:

Make sure you are using the latest version of Ventoy. New releases may include bug fixes and improvements that could address compatibility issues.
      Try Different Boot Options:

Experiment with different boot options in Ventoy. For Clonezilla, try selecting different resolutions, booting to RAM, or choosing different modes to see if any of these options make a difference.
      Verify Clonezilla ISO Integrity:

Confirm that the Clonezilla Live ISO file you downloaded is not corrupted. You can compare its checksum with the one provided on the official Clonezilla website.
      Use Legacy Boot Mode:

While you mentioned that you have disabled Secure Boot, also try booting in Legacy mode if your system supports it. Some systems may have compatibility issues with certain modes.
      Check Graphics Drivers:

Ensure that your system has the appropriate graphics drivers installed. Graphics issues can sometimes be resolved by using proprietary graphics drivers or by updating existing ones.
      Try a Different USB Drive:

If possible, try using a different USB drive to see if the issue persists. Sometimes, USB drives may have compatibility problems with certain systems.
      Test with Other Live CDs:

Boot your system with other live CDs to see if the issue is specific to Clonezilla or if it's a more general problem. This can help narrow down the root cause.
      Check Clonezilla Documentation:

Review the Clonezilla documentation and forums for any specific issues related to your hardware or graphics card. Users with similar setups may have shared their experiences and solutions.
      Contact Ventoy and Clonezilla Support:

If the issue persists, consider reaching out to the support forums for both Ventoy and Clonezilla. The community and developers may provide insights or solutions.
Remember that troubleshooting hardware-specific issues can be complex, and it may require some trial and error. If all else fails, consider alternative cloning tools or seek assistance from technical forums dedicated to your specific hardware and software combination.

    You can:
    Try the methods here:
    https://clonezilla.org/liveusb.php
    Or
Use a different type of USB flash drive. Maybe it's a hardware compatibility issue.

    Hello,
I used a more recent USB drive. And it worked! Thank you.
