I've encountered the above when imaging off a Win11 SSD with Clonezilla Live. Can anyone tell me it this would be an issue if I have to restore the image at some time in the future? I generally don't run the Windows SSD in my laptop but I do like to keep it updated ... just in case.

Maybe, not very sure. You can try to restore that to a virtual machine to see if it works or not.
