Making a customer Restore DVD

I am a system builder and need the following help… I am looking to make a custom restore DVD that my customer can put in the drive and boot. That will automatically install a image of there OS with very little interaction… I would like to have my company logo come up with a custom screen that will say That they are about to recovery there hard drive. as well as just a simple menu that will say the it will wipe there data and restore there computer back to the way they bought it. and a are you sure yes or no option… Can anyone help please….?
