where I can find the full list of the commands and their description to insert in ocs_live_extra_param in (it's syslinux.cfg file)?

The ocs\_live\_extra\_param is actually the parameters of ocs-sr, therefore you can run:

/opt/drbl/sbin/ocs-sr -help

to get that.
