Dear Clonezilla developers:

I have been using clonezilla for quite some time now - absolutely love it! Thanks for releasing clonezilla.

I usually save the disk image to an USB hard drive. Now, I would like to try to save the image to a remote computer running MS Windows XP Pro (on the same network). How can this be done?

I read something about installing openSSH on the MS windows machine. But, then, how to connect to the remote MS Windos PC from clonezilla?

  Choose "ssh_server" and you can mount the dir on your Windows as /home/partimag. Make sure you have the permission to write files.

  The two documents you posted are both for saving image to local HD. These are the steps I have been using. I am looking something more specific to saving image to a remote PC using ssh, especially the remove PC runs Windows XP Pro (not Windows server or Linux). Is there any documents give steps of saving image via ssh server?

    As I mentioned, you can follow

    The only difference is you have to choose "ssh_server" instead of "local_dev" then you can mount the dir on your Windows as /home/partimag. All the rest are the same as
