    I am using Windows 10 Pro x64

My plan was to use Clonezilla to migrate an entire SSD to a new larger SSD. I did not read through the material. - This is my fault.

I immediately went to the "Download" section on the website and downloaded Clonezilla live version: 2.6.7-28

Upon realizing that I was in over my head and I needed to go through the documentation first I attempted to delete the folder. Windows states that I require permission from myself to make changes to this file. I then spent 4 hours trying to figure out how to fix the permissions issue to no avail. I have full access to all of the files per Windows.

Eventually I was able to delete some files but not all. The files that remain are as follows:

    README.txt within the utils folder
VERSION.txt within the win64 folder within the utils folder
VERSION.txt within the win32 folder within the utils folder
VERSION.txt within the linux folder within the utils folder

ocswp.png, iso_sort.txt, and drblwp.png all within the syslinux folder

freedos.img and initrd.img within the live folder

and finally an empty grub folder within the boot folder.

To further complicate matters I used 7zip to compress the files in an archive in an attempt to delete the files. However, I still cannot delete the files and now I cannot unzip the compressed zip file because I do not have permissions.

    Can you advise?

    Thank you,

The solution was to boot to safe mode and then delete the files. What and adventure. Everyone here is way smarter than me so I'll just say this.

    Thanks for reading.

Good. It's nice to know you have found a solution.
    Thanks for sharing that.
