Im not quite sure how does it really works. So far I have experience with Norton Ghost and old old PQDI.
Both allow to backup whole disk or just one of partition of disk to the file and...
[THIS IS IMPORTANT PART]: restore system from that file to a new disk, without partitions.
Does Clonezilla has this same functionality ?
Im thinking ofcourse about NTFS file system.

No. Clonezilla will only restore an image file of a partition to a partition.
However, if you save an image for a whole disk, then clonezilla is able to restore the image of disk to a whole new disk without any partition table. Since Clonezilla will create the partition table for you according to the partition table in the image file (actually it's a dir in Clonezilla).

Yes.
After the disk image was created by Clonezilla, you can use Clonezilla to restore the image, it will take care of the partition table and the file system in the partition.

Ok, then lets say im interested in imageing whole disk with all partitions.
Example:
Disk with 2 partitions:
1: NTFS (bootable) 20 Gb size
2: FAT32 60 Gb size
So, can I expect to have 1 image file which contain both file systems and during restoration no need to care of partitioning a fresh disk ?
Yes.
After the disk image was created by Clonezilla, you can use Clonezilla to restore the image, it will take care of the partition table and the file system in the partition.
