I just installed a new motherboard, cpu and RAM and because of this clonezilla is thinking I have an entirely new HDD and SSD when that is not the case. I can still boot my computer up normally however only if I manually do it thru bios. What steps can I take to remove the clonezilla from popping up again?
The clonezilla is leftover from when I transferred from my old HDD to my new (current) one.

So you are saying that Clonezilla is always shown on the boot menu?
If so, you should try to edit the boot menu and remove Clonezilla live from that. This depends on the OS and boot loader, so you have to check the doc about them, like grub manual.
